Return and refund policy

We want you to love your Eqqualberry products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products (serums, creams, toners, masks) cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to request a return: Email info@eqqualberry.ae or call +971 56 642 8073 with your order number and reason for return.

Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit, if preferred) within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
