Shipping policy

Eqqualberry ships across the UAE only.

Delivery areas: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Free delivery: All orders over AED 150 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times:

• Dubai: same-day delivery on orders placed before 3:00 PM
• Abu Dhabi and Sharjah: 1–2 business days
• Other Emirates: 2–3 business days

Payment on delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.

Order tracking: You'll receive a confirmation and tracking update via email/SMS once your order ships.

Delays: Occasionally, weather, high order volume, or courier delays may affect delivery times. We'll notify you if your order is delayed beyond the estimated window.
